Eventually arrived, it was packaged very well and it seems to be constructed out of good strong materials . It’s a shame its carry case isn’t bigger so it can hold all the extra’s ie. Tips, cables, solder, charger. Otherwise I’m pleased with it .

I am satisfied with the store and the product however when it arrived it did not work, I tested and found that the element was open circuit. I tried to resolve this with the chat system but frankly it took too long to wait for replies. I sent a video showing the issue and the test meter showing open circuit.
They could have just sent me a new plug in tip but I don't have hours to resolve a simple issue so I requested a refund which is now in progress.
I will probably just order again let's see

I was most pleased when this soldering iron kit turned up so quickly, being posted fast.
I am very satisfied with the kit, the iron, tips and power adapter seem excellent in their build quality and function.
The iron works as expected, just working out some of its functions. The tips are easy enough to change and it is so very responsive and can be used on the smallest or biggest of jobs so far, no issues.
