CAR RELAY TESTER ID:3253

🔧 Introduction:

🚗 is a quick go/no-go relay tester that provides an indication of the general health and functioning of the most common automotive relays.
🔋 The tester checks the proper operation of the relay contacts by connecting the car battery (11V–15V) to the relay coil.
🧠 It detects the pin configuration, the contact closing and opening time, and the relay's consistency during each test session.
✅ The GREEN LED lights up if everything passes during the test; if not, the RED LED lights up.

🔍 Instructions:

1️⃣ Connect the power leads to the car battery — black alligator clip to the negative terminal, red alligator clip to the positive terminal.
2️⃣ The tester powers on when the RED LED illuminates.
3️⃣ Check the relay before plugging it into the tester. If it’s a 4-pin relay, select “4 pin” on the tester. If it’s a 5-pin relay, select “5 pin.”
4️⃣ Plug the relay into one of the three available sockets.
5️⃣ Press the “TEST” button.
6️⃣ The tester checks the pin configuration of the unknown relay. The RED LED will light up if the relay is not compatible or if a pin is damaged.
7️⃣ The tester opens and closes the relay 10 times to test the contact opening and closing time. The RED LED lights up immediately if the time is exceeded.
8️⃣ The tester checks the consistency of the relay after the 10 open/close cycles. If the test passes, the GREEN LED lights up; if not, the RED LED does.
9️⃣ Disconnect the power leads from the car battery and remove the relay from the tester.

⚠️ Attention:

🔋 The car battery must be a 12V battery, and the voltage should be between 11V and 15V.
🌀 Ideal for coil resistance above 20 ohms.
